Stainless Steel Cylinder Dead Bolt by Mintcraft

.Operated by a key from the outside and a turnpiece from the inside, this all-metal lock features a rust-resistant solid brass keyway for enhanced security. The solid brass bolt is equipped with a hardened steel rod insert to prevent sawing through, adding an extra level of protection.

The door prep requirements include a 2-1/8" cross bore, 1" edge bore, and a 1" x 2-1/4" latch face. This lock is suitable for door thickness ranging from 1-1/4" to 1-13/16". The 6-pin cylinder is removable and features an SC1 keyway, solid brass, and can be re-keyed to Schlage. It comes with two nickel-plated, solid brass keys and faceplates measuring 1-1/8" x 2-1/4". The strikes are 1" x 2-1/4" with a square corner, and the bolt is solid brass with a steel-reinforced 1" throw.

This lock is reversible for right or left-hand doors, and it exceeds Grade 2 standards set by ANSI/BHMA. Additionally, it is U.L. approved with a 3-hour fire rating. Made of hardened, refurbished steel, this lock offers a longer lifespan due to its rust-resistant keyway and is constructed to prevent sawing through for added security.
